[ANN] James v2.1.3a6 *Test* Build -- release candidate

James v2.1.3a6 is posted for testing.  This version has all planned changes
for James v2.1.3.  There are no known issues remaining.  This version has
gone through a 24 hour test using file system stores for all spools and
mailboxes, and is currently going through the same cycle for JDBC.

PLEASE TEST AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK.  If there are no new issues found, the
James Project should post James v2.1.3 early next week as a Release Build.

Changes since James v2.1.2:

 Added enforcement of proper RFC 2821 #2.3.7 handling of CR and LF
 Corrected text/html and multipart handling for AddFooter.
 Fixed MimeMessageWrapper to address a JavaMail issue introduced in v2.1.2
 Corrected allowable characters for localpart of address
 Removed generated files from source distributions
 Corrrected handling of NNTP messages to avoid character encoding issues
 Fixed James.getId bug
 Added NNTP linecounting support
 Fixed NNTP authentication
 Fixed bug 18726 (optional socket factory to specify outgoing bind address)
 Fixed bug 19418 (changed notify/wait code in spooler)
 Fixed bug 18307 (Fixed NotifySender headers)
 Fixed bug with non-InternetAddress addresses
 Fixed bug in NotifySender with complex MIME messages
 Fixed bug 15709 [Delivered-To header]
 Fixed bug 15428 [Check for valid user before attempting removal]
