In storm-483's solution, two dedicated directories (extlib, extlib-daemon) are created for holding jars for external jars and daemon-only external jars; two env variables are also added for this (STORM_EXT_CLASSPATH and STORM_EXT_CLASSPATH_DAEMON). 
Users should be informed for those changed.
