I am unable to assign JIRAs or resolve them
Hi all,
Currently $subject on STRATOS JIRA.
Please advice whether the required privileges can be granted.

Yes. AFAIK, currently the issues can be assigned by PMC, Committers &
Administrators. Praneesha is not in any of the groups.
We need to allow Reporters to assign issues to themselves. We also need to
check how it works in other Apache projects.
I don't have much time to look into this now. We can have a look and
resolve later.

It looks as though a role of Contributor is allowed to Resolve Issues, but
not Assign them.
I think Contributor should be able to do both, but I think only Afkham and
Lakmal are able to edit the permissions in JIRA.

I assigned you as a contributor to the Stratos project. You should be able
to assign JIRAs to yourself and resolve.
By the way, any PMC member can administer the STRATOS JIRA project.
