Removing and adding an indexer with embedded 1.1b3

Hi,

how can an indexer be removed and added again with embedded Xindice 1.1b3?

You mean, how it can be done programmatically? For a code, see 
AddIndexer.java, DeleteIndexer.java files which contain implementation 
of corresponding command line tool commands.

Alternatively, you can shutdown your application and point command line 
tool to the database and use tool.
