irrelevant files on its cleanup

Olaf Flebbe updated BIGTOP-2079:
--------------------------------
Attachment: BIGTOP-2079.1.patch
There is a lot what can be improved here. Lets's fix this problem only:
Ensuring everything is downloaded everything to one place only: /usr/src right now.
Removing deb, zip and tar.gz from this directory only.

> {{./gradlew toolchain}} removes all files under /tmp and /usr/src on the cleanup, but it feels too aggressive to me because these directories are commonly used. This behaviour seems undocumented, so it may be surprising for some users.
