Sorry for the late response.  We're just getting around to some of these older,
but lower priority, defect reports.

Since we moved distribution of OpenOffice to SourceForge the download stats are
now done through their API.  We aggregate them on the website here:

http://www.openoffice.org/stats/downloads.html

That page also links to the underlying SourceForge REST API if you need to
slice and dice the data differently.
