The documentation for the serverAliveInterval option is not clear:
+ What is the default value ? zero ?
+ The unit looks to be milliseconds and could be precised in the documentation, link in the [code|https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/components/camel-ftp/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/component/file/remote/SftpOperations.java#L294
].
