[Issue 67765] custom shape extrusion surface doesn't work

There are more problems than I first thought. The current lighting has
principle errors. For details see
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/128449. It has lot of comments, at
least in patch set #10.

You can use the patch from https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/128449 under
Apache License, Version 2.0.

In case someone will work on this and has questions about the code, please drop
