When there are Slider Apps view issues, we just show them as plain text (image attached). 

Rather the messages should be shown in a single warning alert box.
Example:

Slider Apps view is disabled due the following reasons 
* Slider applications view requires HDFS service to be started
* Slider applications view requires YARN service to be started
* Slider applications view requires ZooKeeper service to be started

Also, we do not show the apps table when this message comes up. We should show both the message and the table. Table should not refresh when there are issues. When issues are resolved, table should resume refreshing.
