Hudson account for 'philz' for Hadoop Avro

I'd like to apply for an Apache Hudson account, to regularly build Avro's tests (and eventually patch-queue).

My Apache username is still being created, but will be "philz".
My real name is Philip Zeyliger.
I do not belong to a PMC (there's some precedent for committers to be given accounts, e.g., Giri).
I prefer Ubuntu.

I have some experience setting up Hudson, and I've been running an Avro build internal to my company, but it would be preferable to run it on Apache infrastructure.

Philip,

The current policy is to only give Hudson login accounts to PMC/PPMC members.  I acknowledge your comment that other committers have received accounts in the past.

I encourage you to raise the point on the builds@a.o mailing list for discussion with the infra team (who ultimately own this policy).

I'll close this issue for now, but please feel free to re-open it if the situation changes.
