   What indicated this was not working? Was https://github.com/apache/arrow-adbc/blob/9ba6bdb8bd42e35237dadfae758419846e6c442c/csharp/test/Drivers/Databricks/StatementTests.cs#L38 failing and now it is passing with this change, or something else?
