[Excalibur] Phase I release list
LogKit 1.2 -- Done
Framework 4.1.4 -- Almost Done
Excalibur Logger 1.1
Excalibur Pool 1.1
Excalibur I18N 1.1
Excalibur Instrument 1.0
Excalibur Instrument Manager 1.0
Excalibur TestCase 1.0
Excalibur Component (ECM) 1.1
I will throw together some distros for this set, and we will
evaluate them as a set.
As to Instrument, there are no proposed changes other than
ensuring they have the proper license displayed and using
Forrest docs build.
As to Instrument Manager, we can put in the warning for the
experimental feature--even though it seems to be rather
stable. THe user is isolated from any AltRMI API changes
so the risk is relatively low.
I'll put together the set tomorrow.

Lets no release Pool and unless someone is really willing t support TestCase
that should probably not be separate from ECM. Merge them together
pre-release.
