Can't Compile Sharp Develop IDE Addin As Part of Standard-Build Since the Dependent Libraries Can't be Redistributed

Can't compile sharp develop IDE addin as part of standard-build since the dependent libraries can't be redistributed. I need to install dependent libraries into the repo (or GAC) so that NMaven can build the addin, but the developer must somehow indicate the location of the SharpDevelop root.
