[I] [Docs] [Good First Issue] Fix wrong explanation and demo in consumer. [paimon]

   ### Motivation
   
   There are some errors in docs/content/flink/sql-query.md#Consumer ID https://paimon.apache.org/docs/master/flink/sql-query/#consumer-id
   
   1、consumer.expiration-time should not be in hint, it should exist in table properties, because consumer job doesn't need this.
   2、"next_snapshot_id ->" should be "next_snapshot_id =>"
   3、Fix the wrong sentense "please don’t specify –next_snapshot parameter if you want to delete the consumer."   Change "-next_snapshot" to "next_snapshot_id"
   4、You can place the Consumer ID section to the place you think it should be. If you think the place where it is now is the best, just ignore this.
