wwwstat 2.0b1

I just put up a new version of wwwstat.  The external changes to the
output format are minimal (mostly just different heading text) -- the
big changes are in the optional behavior and DNS handling.  I am hoping
that it still works with gwstat, but I haven't been able to test it.

and there is a new mailing list as well.  2.0 final will be my last
version of wwwstat, but it will probably take on a life of its own.
