SPECS/httpd.spec line 20: db3-devel should be db4-devel
(in the list of BuildPrereq's)

using CentOS 3.1 (free RedHat ES3 clone)... I have db4 and db4-devel installed,
can't find a db3-devel. I change the '3' to a '4' in the httpd.spec and it has
compiled fine, and I saw it using some db4 files, so I'm assuming it really
should be db4-devel, not just for me.
