   ### What happened
   
   I was editing some existing code.  Windows 10, 16GB RAM, Core I7 CPU.  It is throwing an exception in the editor as I delete existing code or during auto-completion of a function reference on an object.  Java 8.341 JVM in use.  It keeps happening over and over.

   Create a project, use the txt file as a java source.

   Apache NetBeans 12.3 or earlier

   Windows 10 Version 21H2, OSBuild 19044.1889
   
   ### JDK
   
   Java 8 JDK 1.8.0_341
   
   ### Apache NetBeans packaging
   
   Apache NetBeans provided installer
   
   ### Anything else
   
   This occurs a lot during editing.
