   UI: Template name filter returns empty results despite matching templates existing

   ### The steps to reproduce the bug
   
   1. Navigate to Images → Templates
   2. Observe existing templates (e.g., "SystemVM Template (KVM)" is visible)
   3. Click the filter icon to open advanced filter panel
   4. Enter a partial template name in the "Name" field (e.g., "SystemVM")
   5. Click "Search"
   
   ### EXPECTED RESULT
   Template/ISO list should filter to show templates/isos containing the corresponding string in the name (e.g., "SystemVM Template (KVM)").
   
   ### ACTUAL RESULT
   - Filter returns "No Data" (Showing 0-0 of 0 items)
   - The matching template exists and was visible before applying the filter

   If it is clear that it should be an exact match, no. we should try (a little) to maintain consistency. I am not an adement fan of it, but it help users usually. Other fields also require exact matches.

   I think this is expected behavior. As of now, the name is full match.
   
   @DaanHoogland should we update this to a LIKE query instead of an exact match?
