Fix Bugs in IOTDB

Hello IOTDB Dev,

I'm Sophie, UIUC grad student, currently working on debugging in some open
source project. I found a bug but still waiting to create an account on
Jira. Thus, I've submitted a PR and created an issue in IOTDB.
