JIRA Cleanup: Futon & Fauxton

Hi devs,

There are 50 unresolved Futon issues in JIRA:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20COUCHDB%20AND%20resolution%20%3D%20Unresolved%20AND%20component%20%3D%20Futon%20ORDER%20BY%20priority%20DESC

While Futon development is completely abandoned in favour of Fauxton,
I don't feel that they will get fixed for Futon.

Fauxton team!
Could you take a quick look on these issues and make a decision about
their fate: are they also actual for Fauxton or already fixed for him
or not applicable for him and should closed as WontFix?
