Summary: Add new site to Tutorials page
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.2
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P3
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: brightoncomputers@brightontown.com.au

I wonder if someone could look at www.minitutorials.com and see if it is worthy
of inclusion on the http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/misc/tutorials.html page.

That page says to file a bug for new sites that might be good to add.

Nick, thanks for your comments. The 'main' part of the Apache tutorial starts at
http://minitutorials.com/apache/apache_222_1.shtml and runs for 5 short pages.
There are other relevent sections involving for instance configuring PHP for
Apache etc - all of this based and kept up to date with the latest releases,
currently 2.2.2, info is only ever any good if kept upto date.

On the other issue of 'microfonts' , are you on a MAC ? , Fonts are mainly em or
% based, the site is tested in many browsers and screen resolutions and not
really had any complaints so far, but am really interested in knowing your
scenario so I can correct this if need be.

Thanks

Gav...

The /misc/tutorials.html page has been removed from the docs in the 2.2 and trunk branches, so there
seems little point in adding to a deprecated page.

Saying that, we now have a wiki [1] and welcome introductory tutorials there, and might consider
translating any such work for the main docs. Thanks for letting us know about your site.

It's *very* cluttered (and the microfonts don't help - ugh). It would be much
easier to review (and more likely to link to) if you could post a URL for the
Apache-relevant material without extraneous junk.
