Oak releases around Christmas

Hello team,

we normally keep, as much as possible, a regular release cycle for the
various Oak versions.

Just wanted to let all the community know that as we're approaching
Christmas and most of us won't be in front of a screen we're skipping
one release cycle.

Please refer to jira for the updated dates around 1.3.13, 1.2.10 and 1.0.26
