This seems to have broke the build: https://builds.apache.org/view/H-L/view/HBase/job/HBase-TRUNK/5823/testReport/
Git bisect identifies it as breakage. Here is the script I used:
mvn clean install test -Dtest=TestZooKeeper -PskipIntegrationTests
... TestZooKeeper was failing.
