Using Larq with Fuseki v. 1.2.4

Could I trouble someone for guidance in using Larq with the most recent 
versions of Fuseki? In particular I'd like to Lucene-index a TDB repo 
from the command-line. I've found earlier material from over a year ago, 
but the ground seems to have shifted, and I'm wondering if things 
haven't become better integrated with more recent versions.
