question to RTL in OM 2.1.1

Hello,

I am using the Openmeetings version 2.1.1. But the RTL function in the
chat dosn't work. Is there anything to configure as an administrator of
the OM installation?

Unfortunately this feature seems to partially working starting 3.0 only
I would expect it fully function in 3.1 only
