RecoveryITCase takes around 30 seconds to run, because it uses the default restart delay of 10 seconds for each of its three tests. This can be sped up by decreasing the restart delay in the test.

We would have to check whether the tests are sensitive to this. If not, it's simply a setting in the ExecutionConfig.
