> AzureBlobOutputStream has retry logic when hit with exceptions while uploading a block to Azure Blob Storage. The retry logic catches all exceptions and attempts again - including for interrupted exceptions. This causes issues for the user of the SystemProducer where the interrupted thread is not handled.
