[jira] [Resolved] (SOLR-7667) If more cores are loaded at startup than the transient core size, cores become unavailable.

Erick Erickson resolved SOLR-7667.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

This is not a problem in 5x and trunk so closing as "won't fix". If we re-open 4.x for more releases we can reconsider.
