Antonio Petrelli resolved SB-78.

    Resolution: Fixed

Now all the non-binary files have thei ASF source header.
Added also NOTICE.txt and LICENSE.txt where needed and added their reference to pom.xml files.
Checked with RAT, and every file has the correct license header.
