Currently we have the 'Only Not Used Labels' option to filter for labels in the Label Manager. 

But it would be very convenient to also have the ' Only Used Labels' option to use as a filter. 

This way only used labels can be found for missing translations, which would greatly enhance the opportunity to have contributors add translation patches.
