In the function ssl_dyn_create_function, the second block of error handling
code contains a call to apr_pool_destroy to release the pool created at the
bginning of the function but the first block of error handling code does not.

That error handling code cannot be hit because the pool allocation functions
are configured to abort if out of memory. I have removed the code in r1361792
