JNDI release

Hi, we have a long standing request for a JNDI release. I'm ready to
start staging some binaries. I just wanted to say that, in the spirit
of top level modules in the trunk having dependencies on snapshots,
I'll be doing this in a branch. The process of releasing all the
bundles will mean the JNDI poms will need to start depending on
release candidates (non snapshots).
