[osuosl-openpower] OpenStack Stein Upgrade - November 18,
2020 9-11am PST (1700-1900 UTC)
Users of the ppc OpenStack cluster,
We're going to be performing an upgrade of the cluster from Rocky to Stein
on November, 18 2020 at 9-11AM PST (1700-1900 UTC). Any virtual machines
that are running at the time should remain online during the upgrade and I
do not expect any major outage for those VMs. However, the API interface
will be down and partially available during this time period so new VM
creation/deletion/etc will not work.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

This upgrade has been completed and all services seem to be working
properly. If you are having any issues that you think might be related to
this upgrade, please send an email to powerdev-request@osuosl.org or ping
us on IRC in #osuosl on Freenode.
