Not sure whether we really need a StealJobQueue here for this pool which handles the in memory flush/compaction stuff.  Can this be a simple FIFO kind of Q?

> It is a straight forward fix. But If we implement the Comparable the compareTo() should be based on what attribute?  Should be based on the time?
