Virus in mirrored files?

Hello!

My daily virus scan was scanning through the mirrored files for the 
apache mirror and reported the following :-

/apache/mail/gui-dev/200010
        Found the JS/Kak@M virus !!!

It appears that the file is infested with the JS/Kak virus. Am I 
misinterpreting something here or is it really a virus infected file?
