Zip file with test code and proposed version of TFPTClient.java

This zip file contains: (1) New version of TFTPClient.java, which I believe
works correctly for both sending and receiving files. (2) Test classes
TFTPClientApp.java and TFTPServerApp.java, which act as a TFTP client and
server app, and illustrate the problems with the various versions of
TFTPClient.java. To run the ClientApp and ServerApp, they have to be on
different machines on the same network, and you will probably need to change
the IP address in the Client app (or use an argument to supply it at runtime).
If this doesn't make sense, send email to palm@poplarware.com
