Prohibits the direct use of Quarks and quarks, and let them to use the properties

Replace all the "Quarks" and "quarks" phrase to property name
(ex. {{ site.projname }})

This will be helpful when the project name changes and maintain.
But should be considered that the decrease readability when creating .md files and work is meaningful.
