Cloudstack compatiblity Windows 2016 Server

Hi all!

I am using CloudStack 4.9.2 on VMWare hypervisor, and I tried to create a
"Windows Server 2016" OS template but i have some issues working with it,
sometimes network does not work properly.

Do you know if it is not compatible with this version? is there any
compatibility matrix / table like:

*Cloudstack version | OS guest versions*

Thanks in advance.

Hi Marc,

versions is not listed. May be you can try with db query using version

Please check the current version OS compatibility using *listGuestOsMapping*

with
*hypervisor* and *hypervisorversion *params. If "Windows Server 2016" OS is
not in the mapping response and the underlying hypervisor supports it, you
can add new OS mapping to cloudstack using *addGuestOsMapping* API (
https://cloudstack.apache.org/api/apidocs-4.9/apis/addGuestOsMapping.html).
Make
sure to set the *ostypeid* param to Windows OS UUID (Get this using
*listOsTypes* API).
