NamingConfigurationBuilder

Hi,

A while ago we discussed having a configuration built from a LDAP tree. The 
opportunity has arised to finally implement something like that. Maybe you 
want to check it out, and see if does the job. (location: 
.../scratchpad/org/apache/avalon/excalibur/configuration).
