xalanj2taglet.jar is missing from Xalan -src.zip & -src.tar.gz package

I just noticed that the xalanj2taglet.jar is missing from our source packages 
that we ship for an official release.  This means that anyone who tries to 
build using the source package(s) with JDK 1.4.x or higher will fail.  A quick 
fix to xml-xalan/java/build.xml is required and should be fixed for our 
upcoming Xalan Java 2.6.0 release.

I'll attach a patch.
