So the auto multiplexing didn't run bc of CASSANDRA-18024. I got a patch from Mick's branch and I am running circle ci again [here|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/bereng/cassandra/803/workflows/c55e6efa-7afc-41e4-a9e4-9fec3bce0d42] for my [branch|https://github.com/bereng/cassandra/pull/new/CASSANDRA-17768-4.1]
