   This PR delays failure so we still upload nightly wheels. There are a few features we're working on which depend on extension functionality only present in the current sedonadb, and using nightly wheels is an easy way to go about setting up that CI until we release a version that includes the full FFI extension functionality.
   
   We also have some long standing wheel test failures which we should fix, but at least this doesn't block nightly installs (which also help debug the fixes!).

   Ok, I think this is now doing what I hoped it would do: fail lazily but still upload wheels (so that we have some hope of replicating the failures!). The windows failure here I had to spend some time nailing down because it's a crash on exit (maybe while destroying a Tokio context) so there's no failed test to point to.
   
   I am a little skeptical that now the other jobs seem to be passing; however, I also can't find any indication of failure in the logs. In the next few rounds of actually fixing the wheel failures we'll have to keep a close eye on the logs (there is a chance that the project is copied rather than mounted at the point where the test file is created.
