   ### What happened?
   
   In k8s deployment, after the `AUTH_JWT_SECRET` is changed, the CU cannot execute workflow anymore. The HTTP error code is `401 Unauthorized request`.
   
   ### How to reproduce?
   
   Deploy texera using the helm chart in `bin/k8s`; in the `values.yaml`, change the AUTH_JWT_TOKEN
   
   
   
   ### Version
   
   1.1.0-incubating (Pre-release/Master)
   
   ### Commit Hash (Optional)
