moving same code from DocViewSAXImporter and JcrSysViewTransformer into a utility. the tmp-node is still created below the root node but at least it only needed to be fixed at one location in case this causes troubles (which it would if the root node is not accessible)... maybe have the tmp-location configurable (e.g. /tmp instead)?
