### Feature Request / Improvement
I find that we only lack some Spark properties document description like
```
spark.sql.iceberg.vectorization.enabled
spark.sql.iceberg.handle-timestamp-without-timezone
spark.sql.iceberg.use-timestamp-without-timezone-in-new-tables
spark.sql.iceberg.check-nullability
....
```
I will raise a pr to improve the document. I want to add a segment for these config properties in the https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/master/docs/spark-configuration.md
