altering include files

Hi there

I am currently using Tomcat v3.2.1 and am using
include files in my .jsp files a fair bit

Im finding though that if I make a change to my
include file, it does not appear in the JSP that is
using the include file UNLESS I delete the include
file, reload the hosting JSP, put back the include
file and then reload the page again!

Is there a way around this? It is very frustrating and
takes away quite a bit of the idea of the include
file!
