[Issue 125119] Shift+Delete hangs application

After testing on different PCs, I've isolated the cause of this behavior. It's
caused by the Windows gadget "Clipboard Manager" available at
http://clipa.vu/downloads.htm#gadget

When I disabled this gadget, the problem disappears.
