Hi there Sreekanth, 

The barcode scanner api is not apart of the cordova api so I don't think filing a ticket here is the right place for this. That being said, I'd be willing to help you though I'm not sure what exactly you're asking for. We can continue this conversation through email, github issue or some other means.
