Error compiling Geronimo with Maven
I'm getting several exceptions when building Geronimo as told in the
Geronimo wiki. How am I suppose to compile this?

After bootstrap, you need to run "mvn install" from the root of the source
tree.

I see... someone changed the docs since I last updated with the build
process.
I may need to lock this page.

For normal usage, all you need to do is:
mvn install
There are other situations where you need to use the stages, like
when building OpenEJB from sources to pick up local changes, etc.

I've fixed the docs and set this page to only be editable by members
of geronimo-users. I also added a section under the default building
bits to explain the sections.
Folks, please take special care when making changes to guides like this.

You ran `mvn -Dstage=bootstrap`... which does not build apps,
configs or assemblies.
Just run `mvn install`.

I've not used dash before... but if it is sh compatible (like bash or
zsh or ksh) then you should be fine.

The problem is that the output shows exceptions being thrown and missing
modules warnings, is that ok to indicate a successful build that way?

what errors specifically?
If you can get on the #geronimo IRC channel on chat.freenode.net you
may be able to get help faster.... on the other hand sometimes no one
