Regarding the proposal for GSoC2021

Hello,


I'm Bowen Li from Fudan University. 


I'm sorry to receive the reject letter for my GSoC2021 Proposal: A Proposal for Apache Pulsar. I understand the decision but still I want to know the reason, so that I can make a progress in the future.


So Can you give me the reason for rejection or some suggestions for improvement in the future? Thank you.
